2012 Honda CRV leaking sunroof, damaged interior

Update by user Oct 04, 2012

The dealer fixed the radio antenna which had indeed become disconnected during the previous work on the headliner. The vehicle now has 7500 miles and I\'ve had no further problems. The dealer was courteous during this whole affair but it was way more trouble than it needed to be.

Dealer fixed an interior leak by attaching sunroof drain that was overlooked at factory. Dealer then replaced stained headliner (after I complained). Dealer then re-attached sun-visor on driver's side after it fell off on the way home from having headliner replaced. Now radio doesn't work apparently due to not attaching the antenna during the headliner repair. Timeline: 4/24/12 Picked up new vehicle; 5/14/12 Brought vehicle back with interior leaks - service dept. fixed factory defective moon roof drain (did nothing about stains on headliner); 5/15/12 Brought vehicle back, talked with service manager re damage to interior, agreed to replace headliner; 5/31/12 Brought vehicle back, headliner replaced, sun visor on drivers side falls off (held only by small wires) on the way home from service dept.; 6/1/12 Brought vehicle back to have sun visor re-attached. This took 1.5 hours for some reason and of course left evidence of working on the headliner in that area; 6/5/12 Turned radio on to discover that the antenna is probably not attached. The radio works but will not find any stations on a scan and manual tuning to a station causes the signal to fade in and out constantly. The radio worked fine prior to replacing the headliner. Vehicle is now scheduled to go back to dealer on Monday, 6/11 to fix radio.
